2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear, swimwear, or socks

Customized or personalized items

Electronics and gadgets (unless defective on arrival)
3. Electronics & Gadgets
If your electronic item is defective on arrival, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Require that items be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals
4. Exchange Policy
We offer size or color exchanges on eligible clothing items, subject to stock availability.
